With sufficient write privileges, it should be possible to install the WFDB
tools as a MATLAB toolbox. It should then be put in the directory:
$matlabroot$/toolbox/WFDB_tools
To make it available to MATLAB, this directory must be added to pathdef.m (in the toolbox/local directory) and, if toolbox path cache is
enabled, the command rehash toolboxcache should be issued when MATLAB is started.
